Ministry said on Monday that one of its planes had slammed in upper east Siberia, yet that no one had been killed in the mischance, Russian news offices reported.
The plane slammed at 12:07 nearby time, a law authorization source told Russian news office Tass.
The safeguard service said 16 individuals were truly harmed, remedying prior reports that 27 had kicked the bucket.
"Three officers are in grave condition, 13 others have supported medium seriousness wounds, all the rest are experiencing a therapeutic examination", the source said.
The flying machine, which took off from Koltsovo Airport, in the city of Yekaterinburg, was conveying 32 officers and seven group.
Reports proposed that lone five of 39 locally available had survived the crash.
The Russian Emergency Ministry has conveyed three Mi-8 helicopters for the hunt and protect operation.
